I have been an exercise instructor and personal trainer since 2006 and have been teaching Mat Pilates since 2016.
I recently qualified to teach Reformer Pilates, because when I started to practice Pilates on the Reformer, I realised the many benefits the machine has to offer and how beneficial it has been for myself - the mind - body connection has been much deeper than I’ve ever experienced before.
I chose to qualify as a Pilates instructor initially to use in conjunction with Osteopathy because I am passionate about helping people to improve their physical well-being.
I’m excited to bring Reformer Pilates to Verwood because it is ideal for all ages and abilities, and perfect for rehabilitation too. Reformer Pilates similarly to Mat Pilates can help to build strength and improve mobility through mindful, controlled movement and proper alignment. However, the Reformer machine has springs and pulleys which can assist or intensify exercises, making it ideal for beginners or for those requiring a low-impact full-body workout.

Hi, I'm Vicki - a qualified gym and fitness class instructor and a level 4 Pilates instructor. I teach mat- based Pilates classes here in Verwood.
My Pilates sessions focus on building strength, improving mobility, and helping you move and feel better through mindful, controlled movement and proper alignment. I aim to create classes that are enjoyable, supportive, and welcoming for everyone, whether you're brand new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice.
Outside the studio, I'm passionate about living an active, healthly lifestyle. You'll often find me outdoors walking, running, or cycling around Verwood - staying connected to the community and the nature around us.

I am a 300-hr certified yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga, a Menopause Yoga accredited teacher and a Level 2 Reiki practitioner.
I have been teaching yoga for the past 11 years and I most enjoy teaching a harmonious blend of Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles of yoga, curated to build strength as well as enhance mobility.
Breathwork is key to all that I do as it forms the basis of a mindful connection between body and mind, transcending the purely physical practice whilst harnessing the profound psychological benefits of yoga. I am passionate about yoga in all that I do and my greatest motivator is to help others live healthier, more fulfilling, more rewarding, pain-free lives through the magic of movement and yoga.

I teach yoga flow classes that help you move well and feel good - both now and for the future! I aim to create a safe space to move your body, connect with your breath and find calm. My classes are down to earth yet fun and playful with a focus on mindfulness, sustainable movement and mobility.
Yoga flow is a wonderful way to stay anchored in the present moment as we move with the breath. I love this feeling of ‘meditation in motion’.
Expect a combination of grounding mat based flows and energising standing sequences to leave you feeling refreshed and uplifted.
There will be strengthening work as well as unwinding, a perfect balance of effort and ease. You are encouraged to listen to your body and move in a way that suits your needs. There is no perfectionism here, instead we simply celebrate what our bodies can do with awareness and self compassion. We finish by lingering a little longer in some restorative poses and with a nourishing guided relaxation.
I also love to share yoga nidra - a peaceful and healing practice where you will be guided through an extended meditation that intentionally journeys deeper and deeper through layers of relaxation. Here brain waves slow to levels similar to deep sleep, leaving you feeling fully rested and replenished.

My journey with the method began not as a teacher, but as a seeker—someone searching for a way out of the grief that was affecting every inch of my life, the grief from losing 2 Brothers through Suicide in 2018 & 2020.
The method helped me form a deeper connection to both body and mind and most importantly allowed me to press pause on all the thoughts that plagued me so that I was able to process them constructively and move forward with my life.
I was originally drawn to the WHM by stories of people transforming their health, mindset, and resilience through breathwork, cold exposure, and commitment.
What started as a personal experiment quickly became a profound shift in how I live, move, and relate to grief, stress, energy, and purpose.
Through the Wim Hof Method, I’ve experienced firsthand the power of going beyond perceived limits. The cold became my teacher, the breath my anchor, and the daily practice my path to strength and clarity.
As well as a tool for managing my grief, I used the method to overcome a heart attack, post Covid vaccine, and a diagnosis of Myocarditis in July 2021 - In 7 months I went from cardiac intensive care to bathing in frozen waterfalls and climbing mountains in minimal clothing as part of instructor training in Poland with Wim.
Since 2022 I now help others tap into their own inner power through workshops, guided sessions, and community experiences.

No matter who you are or where you are on your journey, these are exercises that anyone can explore and practice to cultivate greater peace, awareness, and wellbeing in their lives.
I have always had a deep interest in holistic health, and my own mindfulness journey began over 12 years ago. Since then, I have trained to teach mindfulness and compassion with the Mindfulness Association and completed a three-year MSc Studies in Mindfulness with the University of Aberdeen.
Whilst many of the practices I guide have their roots in traditional Buddhist meditation, they are supported by modern research in psychology and neuroscience and are shared in a simple, accessible way that offers tools to enhance how we relate to ourselves, others, and our experiences of daily life.
