Held in our welcoming space at 34 Vicarage Road, each session encourages you to take a moment to pause, breathe and become more aware of the present moment, allowing the mind to settle and the body to relax.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the practice of bringing gentle awareness to the present moment. Through simple guided techniques, you can learn to quiet racing thoughts, release tension and find a sense of calm that supports your overall wellbeing.
There is no right or wrong way to take part. The focus is simply on being present and allowing yourself time to rest and reset.
